Histamine Balancer Liquescence aids in the desensitization of histamine. Histamine is a compound released by cells in response to injury and in allergic and inflammatory reactions, causing contraction of smooth muscle and dilation of capillaries. In normal situations the release of histamine is helpful, however when released on a longstanding basis from overactive mast cells, it can become a source of chronic inflammation and negative symptoms.
